Smart Lighting Control Maintenance & Repairs in Gloucester
An empty corridor or meeting room rarely needs full lighting. Oltec Facilities Management helps sites in Gloucester manage that avoidable energy demand. After fitting LEDs, a building may still waste electricity if lighting remains on in empty spaces. Well-chosen controls address that gap. Oltec Facilities Management aims for controls that are easy to live with, starting with a site review and ending with commissioning tailored to actual use.

Upgrading or Recommissioning Zone Control Lighting Systems
Operating in Gloucester comes with its own distinct challenges, and we design lighting controls with those challenges in mind rather than applying a generic fix. Our approach is scalable, covering everything from single room upgrades to multi building rollouts. Oltec has spent years supporting businesses across Gloucester, which is why we remain the trusted choice for commercial smart lighting control projects of any size. Our services include occupancy sensors, daylight dimming, zoned control, timed schedules, external lighting control, and full support for upgrading or recommissioning existing systems, all delivered with the same attention to detail.

Working across Gloucester, The Oltec Group takes responsibility for every stage of a lighting control project, delivered with expert skill from consultation through to completion. Our focus on efficiency and compliance runs through every job in Gloucester, so systems perform as intended from day one. The greatest impact is usually seen where occupancy levels change throughout the day, where daylight is available, or where large areas are currently controlled by a single switch.
